Several years ago, in a beautiful park overlooking the ocean, Natalia found a teacher, Cathrene Glick, who would open her eyes to Qigong. She did Qigong in the park with Cathrene on a regular basis and is now studying Qigong at Five Branches Institute of Chinese Medicine in Santa Cruz.

Cathrene also trained Natalia in the Japanese energetic healing method of Reiki. With Natalia’s great sensitivity to subtle energies, she was a fast learner of this powerful energetic healing method.

Natalia has also studied at the Norbekov Institute in Moscow. The Norbekov System has a wide variety of physical and energetic healing methods which Natalia has integrated into her healing practice.
